I Guard Heaven's Gate for All Living Beings, and the Goddess Begs Me to Return

Ten thousand years ago, Jiang Meng witnessed the Heavenly Gate open with his own eyes. Immortals from the Upper Realm appeared, and calamities befell the world!

To survive, Jiang Meng rose to power with the force of thunder, slaying the immortals and restoring peace to the world.

To ensure the Heavenly Gate remained unharmed, Jiang Meng willingly stood guard over it, preventing the immortals of the Upper Realm from descending.

Ten thousand years later, the divine maiden of the Jiang family of the Zhongzhou Divine Dynasty, desperate to save her family and rescue the court, was willing to defy her ancestors' precepts and open the Heavenly Gate with her sword.

But at the crucial moment, a mighty force destroyed it outright.

Knowing there was no hope of opening the gate, the divine maiden only wanted to see what force had prevented people from opening it again for ten thousand years.

Amidst the void, atop a cloud platform, a figure stood with his back to all living beings.

When she learned that the one guarding the Heavenly Gate was her ancestor of the Jiang family, the divine maiden knelt in the void and wept in anguish.

"Please, Ancestor, intervene and save my Divine Dynasty from danger!"

At that moment, Jiang Meng was enraged.

For the sake of all living beings, I have guarded the Heavenly Gate for over ten thousand years.

You show no gratitude. Instead, you want to kill my clansmen and seize my realm?!

I'll kill you all!
