Twin World Gate: Kangxi Throws His Weight Around While I Rebel and He Watches the Show

Also known as Double Crossing: Kangxi Is a Big Spender, So Let Me Rebel for Three Months First!

Zhu Qing obtains a double-crossing portal that lets him travel between the modern world and the Kangxi era of the Qing Dynasty. He secretly builds up his forces and plots a rebellion, unaware that Kangxi is monitoring his every move on video.

Kangxi: "Rebelling right under My nose? Do you really think I'm stupid?"

Kangxi: "A few bandits plotting a rebellion? I'll let you mess around for three months. It'll be like watching monkeys perform, and it'll help pass the time!"

One month later;

Fourth Prince Yinzhen: "Imperial Father, Nian Gengyao sent an urgent report from eight hundred li away. The rebel Qing has taken Yuhang!"

Kangxi: "Where on earth did Zhu Qing get his weapons? They're so powerful, and utterly heartless!"

Two months later;

Songgotu: "Master, Fourth Prince Yinzhen has lost Liangjiang!"

Kangxi: "I was careless, I was careless! It was My own carelessness that let the rebel Qing grow so powerful!"

Three months later;

Zhu Qing, having fought his way to the Forbidden City in the capital: "Kangxi, you pockmarked old fool! Our three-month agreement is up. I'm here!"

Kangxi: "I hate this! I regret it so much! My Qing Dynasty is finished!"
