Journey to the West: I Am the Supreme Muscle Venerable of the Way

Synopsis:

After transmigrating into the Primordial World, Li Er finds himself as Taishang Laozi.

What does it feel like to become a Saint from the start?

It means being imprisoned in Chaos after the Investiture of the Gods comes to an end!

It means the Heavenly Dao suppresses every path forward!

The Human Religion is obscure, the Chan Sect is in name only, the Jie Sect has fallen apart, and the Three Eastern Sects will never rise again!

…

A disastrous start!

Fortunately, he awakens the Hongmeng Choice System and is bound to the source of the Primordial World from the start. As long as he raises the Primordial World's rank, he can transcend all things.

And so Li Er begins preaching to the living beings of Journey to the West.

It's just that things seem to be going a little off course.

"Of the three thousand streams, I shall drink from just one!"

A demon monkey appears in the world: "Even if the Heavenly Court has thirty million immortals, I can still crack the Jade Emperor's skull and drink his blood!"

"The Dao that can be spoken is not the eternal Dao!"

A reincarnated Golden Cicada appears: "My Dao isn't something ordinary people can listen to!"

…

As Journey to the West erupts, Li Er descends upon the Primordial World, bursting out of his clothes as muscles swell across his body, with the fierce character "Dao" faintly visible!

"I am Laozi! Taishang, the Violent Virtue Venerable of the Dao!"
