Journey to the West: I'm Sun Wukong, and I Won't Throw a Punch

On Flower-Fruit Mountain, there was a stone monkey who had transmigrated to Blue Star before he was born.

After seeing Sun Wukong in Journey to the West get into all kinds of trouble because he acted impulsively, he learned that Sun Wukong had been imprisoned beneath Five Elements Mountain for five hundred years! And on top of that, he had to undertake the arduous Journey to the West!

The stone monkey was horrified!

He felt his own fate shouldn't be so miserable!

So, after being born, the stone monkey decided to act cautiously and avoid getting into trouble, so he wouldn't repeat his past fate. He would focus solely on cultivation and strive for the Great Dao.

On Flower-Fruit Mountain, the stone monkey watched his kin die, his face expressionless. He silently thought, "Life, aging, sickness, and death are simply part of a monkey's lot."

In the Celestial Court, the stone monkey was appointed Bimawen. He drank every day and took no interest in worldly affairs. When the Jade Emperor reprimanded him, he calmly replied, "Then should I leave?"

On the journey west, the stone monkey saw a tiger blocking their way and cautiously asked Tang Sanzang, "I've long heard that your Buddhist teachings are profound, Master, and that people praise you for them. So..."
