Leaving the Team Today: Returning to the Rift as an Earthly Immortal

In a dream, Lu Fei returns to S5 and becomes RNG's starting top laner. He hits his peak as soon as he debuts, becoming a Sword Immortal of his generation.

On the stage of the S5 finals, he uses Riven to initiate a team fight, charging ahead alone and leaving all five opponents badly wounded.

But his teammates have lost their nerve and don't dare deal damage, costing the team the championship.

After they lose the match, public outrage is directed at RNG.

And at that moment, RNG actually decides to bench Lu Fei.

After that, Lu Fei's top-lane skills plummet, and he endures all kinds of mockery and scorn.

Fans lament: The Sword Immortal of old is gone.

Two years later, Lu Fei awakens a System, climbs to 684 Challenger points on a smurf in five days, and terminates his contract with RNG.

Watching Lu Fei on the battlefield, Feng Ge is overcome with grief. "By leaving the team today, he has returned to the Immortal of the Mortal Realm, the pinnacle of top lane."
