Only Hiring Top University Graduates? I'll Buy a Ten-Billion-Yuan Conglomerate Instead!

Su Chen was a top student throughout college. He earned scholarship after scholarship and had plenty of research experience, even taking first place in a national finance competition.

Confidently, he went to interview at Tianshui Group, one of China's top 100 companies.

HR: Did you graduate from a prestigious university?

Su Chen: No, but I'm good at what I do.

HR: Sorry, we don't hire graduates from ordinary universities. Please leave!

Su Chen: **.

One month later, Tianshui Group was acquired by Qin Guodong, the richest man in Beicheng.

His first order after the acquisition was to fire HR staff who discriminated based on educational background!

His second order: From now on, applicants from ordinary and prestigious universities would be treated equally. Only ability would matter!

The entire HR department was purged.

Qin Guodong returned to his office and respectfully served Su Chen a cup of coffee. "Chairman, is this to your satisfaction?"
