Three Kingdoms: I Ordered a Retreat, but They Said I Was Breaking Through

Zhou Ming transmigrates to the end of the Eastern Han dynasty and becomes a Yellow Turban army commander.

From the start, he finds himself in Julu, where the main Yellow Turban forces are surrounded. At this critical moment, Zhang Jiao issues his highest order:

Lead 5,000 elite Yellow Turban soldiers to a deserted place and preserve the last spark of the Yellow Turbans!

But what Zhang Jiao never expected was that his subordinates would pass on the order incorrectly...

The original order was changed to: "Under no circumstances are we to retreat. Break through the encirclement!"

And so, in pursuit of their last glimmer of hope, Zhou Ming leads the Yellow Turban army straight for the imperial capital!

The course of history is utterly changed by this one message that was conveyed incorrectly.

Ten days later, just as Julu is about to fall, news reaches everyone that Zhou Ming's army has arrived at Luoyang.

Everyone is dumbfounded.

Zhang Jiao: I told you to retreat, not attack the imperial capital!
