After I Obtained Immortal Qi, the Empress Started Pursuing Me

Lin Yi was reborn in an ancient world.

After awakening the Immortal Qi Merit System, all he had to do was help ordinary people and accumulate merit. Once his immortal qi matured, he could ascend through the heavens.

When he was bored, Lin Yi casually sat for the highest imperial examination and came first.

He joined the imperial court and became an official before the Empress.

What could they do about the Yellow River flooding and the people suffering from disaster?

With a nudge of immortal qi, pumpkins grew as big as houses, and a single grain of rice could not fit in an iron pot!

What could they do about the countless corrupt officials bleeding the people dry, while the court failed to uncover their crimes?

With a nudge of immortal qi, silver could talk, growing right on the officials' bodies. Tell me, isn't that terrifying?

What could they do when an enemy army marched to war and the people panicked at the prospect of bloodshed?

With a nudge of immortal qi, paper figures turned into ghostly steeds. If the army camp is haunted every day, how are you supposed to fight?

Lin Yi roamed the world with a carefree smile, enjoying a leisurely life.

Except that lovestruck Empress, who was always coveting his handsome face!

Empress: Lin Yi, I want to snuggle up to you and whimper...
