It All Begins with Calabash Brothers

A bolt of lightning struck, and Jiang Xie somehow transmigrated into a great demon king. He had a mountain, subordinates, and a beautiful snake-spirit wife. Jiang Xie was secretly pleased that transmigrating had been worth it, when suddenly there came a loud pounding at the mountain gate. A clear child's voice rang out:

"Demon, give me back my grandpa!"

It all begins with the Calabash Brothers before moving into Journey to the West. This is a story about building a rebel base against the Heavenly Court on Calabash Ridge and living a leisurely farming life.
