An older, unmarried young man in the city travels to the world of I am a special forces soldier. He gets a system that makes him stronger when he is lazy. When the Iron Fist Regiment joins the Navy, he goes to the military academy and joins the Marine Corps. He becomes stronger easily by lying flat. There is no ambiguity at critical moments. The system rewards physical fitness and knowledge, and has no superpowers. He creates a sea and land amphibious special forces, a commando team. This novel and its characters are purely fictitious.
