Tomb Raiding: The Otherworldly Langjiang

Du Qing: 23 years old

Gender: Male

Occupation: Archaeology enthusiast. His family has been in the antiques business since his great-grandfather's generation. Growing up around it, he has also developed considerable knowledge of antiques.

Du Qing knew he had transmigrated. There was no other way to explain what he was seeing.

He had been handling a piece of blood jade in his grandfather's collection room when, for no apparent reason, the jade began to glow. Under a wash of red light, he knew something extraordinary had happened. He tried to run, but he couldn't move at all.

Then, after a brief spell of dizziness, he opened his eyes and found himself here.

This seemed to be somewhere outdoors. Shrubs and trees surrounded him. It was probably summer: green trees, bright flowers, butterflies fluttering, and bees buzzing...

In the distance, a cluster of concrete buildings came into view, with high-rises everywhere... The way out was obvious.

"Waak baat waak baat jau gei mo yeung, pui wai zoi mou gwong lei, nei wai caa gwo dou ngo gam bun naa zeoi mo naan lei..." He hummed along to a half-remembered Cantonese song, "Lost in the Dark," as he walked. What about everything else? He didn't care.
