The Thirteenth Sect of the Human King: The Ksitigarbha Appears

King Zhou dies, the Shang dynasty falls, and chaos descends.

Nuwa sends her own Azure Bird into the world in human form to save all living beings, and grants her a Seven-Aperture Exquisite Heart for protection.

Who could have known that a demon would steal her heart and replace it with a wolf's heart and a dog's lungs?

Her son, on the verge of becoming a Buddha, is desperate to save his mother, so he smashes the Palace of the King of Hell.

Billions of souls escape the underworld, and now he has to find a way to round them all up himself.

Her son can only obediently go catch ghosts, from the Shang dynasty all the way to the Tang dynasty...

Halfway through, he suddenly remembers: Wait, wasn't I supposed to become a Buddha?
