Setting Sail as Luffy

Shouldn't modern people's normal thinking be to join the navy, use naval resources to improve their own team, and finally kill the Tianlong people?

There are a lot of Celestial Dragons in modern society, both at home and abroad. It's just that the Celestial Dragons in modern society are not as arrogant and blatant as the Celestial Dragons in One Piece.

Superman turns animal There are no useless devil fruits, only useless espers. Joke

Luffy's current fruit name has been officially changed to Animal Type. Renren Fruit. Fantasy Beast Type. Ni Card Form.

After reading the comments, I found that there is a misunderstanding. In the world of pirates, if you don't become a pirate navy, you can't go to sea???? Why does the boat sink? I only heard that when pirates fly the pirate flag and go to sea, whether it is an ordinary ship or a fellow navy ship, there will definitely be a war and the ship may sink. I have never heard that the pirate world does not allow ordinary people to go to sea. . .

If you want to be a pirate, just say it and don't say it so grandly.

By the way, is Luffy still immune to the Empress?

Personally speaking, if you don't recruit A Jin and Ke Luo from the East China Sea, these two will be at the level of lieutenant general when they grow up. If you get better fruits, they may break through to the level of general. It's quite a waste for you. They are like deceiving people. It's better to find another sniper.

I can't accept the Celestial Dragons but I can accept the Pirates 666

I don't understand why the Thunder Fruit should be given to the Shipling. Can it develop this extremely high-limit fruit? What a waste, reading so many chapters in vain
