Invisible in Time

In 1994, society was running into a serious and huge fiscal deficit, and the economy could be said to have collapsed. In the midst of the terminal crisis, a mysterious man who claims to be invisible in time appeared and founded an organization called "Alien" to restore the economy and society by successfully operating on his own. The entire society was rescued from the crisis of collapse by the sovereign wealth fund. On the other hand, although the economy has bottomed out, the lives of the people have not completely improved during this period. Unemployment, crime, indiscriminate killings caused by people who give up on themselves, and other behaviors are still very rampant, and society is in despair.
