A Record of a Mortal's Journey to Immortality: Promoting the Three-Child Policy in Heaven

After the Calamity of Investiture of the Gods and the Calamity of Journey to the West,

The Jade Emperor plans ahead, worried that a fifth great calamity may be coming, and searches the mortal world for a way to avert it.

Chen Zhiyan, a psychiatrist, offers a solution. The Jade Emperor summons him to Heaven and puts him in charge of promoting the birth of a third child.

As he goes around promoting it, Chen Zhiyan starts to wonder: Why are all the celestial maidens up here insisting on having a third child with me? This isn't right! I'm only supposed to promote it!
