You Asked Me to Make a Game, So Why Has Darkness Descended?

Fang Yuan, a game designer, transmigrates to the parallel world of Jiuzhou.

To his surprise, nearly all the games in Jiuzhou are things like "If You're a Bro, Come Fight Me," "Let's Storm the Castle Together," and "Devour Heaven and Earth: The Classic of Mountains and Seas."

Meanwhile, Fang Yuan's game company wants to create a brand-new game, and the task falls to him.

Just then, the Ultimate Game Designer System activates, granting him all the code and materials for a game.

"What kind of game can you make?"

Fang Yuan: "An open-world game with anime-style characters."

"Are you sure something like that can become a hit?"

Fang Yuan: "Of course~"

"So, have you thought of a name for your game?"

Fang Yuan's lips curled into a proud smile. "Genshin Impact!"

And so, on the day of the open beta...

"The arrival of Genshin Impact was the darkest day for Jiuzhou's gaming market! A moment of utter darkness!"

And yet...

Hu Tao: "Awoo~"

Klee: "Da-da-da! La-la-la!"
