Lawyer: If They Cheated, Why Stay Married Until New Year's?

His name was Zhang San, and he was a lawyer. The first case he got after starting work was helping someone deal with a family dispute:

A male client came to him with a video of his wife cheating during their marriage. Zhang San assumed the client wanted to ruin the woman's reputation and make her leave the marriage with nothing!

But to his surprise, the client only wanted her to apologize and promise not to cheat again.

Zhang San flew into a rage and slapped him across the face. "She cheated and you still won't divorce her? What are you keeping her around for, New Year's?"

Zhang San thought his slap would knock some sense into the client, but instead the man turned around and sued him. And so Zhang San lost his first job.

Zhang San didn't regret losing his job, but he never expected that after word got around about him hitting a client, not a single law firm would hire him again.

Luckily, just as Zhang San was getting ready to change careers, the director of the Law Beyond the Realms firm came looking for him. And so the name Zhang San, the Outlaw Lawyer, began to resound throughout the myriad heavens.
