Born with Nine Kings

Born as the Nine Princes of Heaven, we were destined to be different. Perhaps we fought over a single thing; perhaps we were childhood friends; perhaps we fought for the glory of our clan; perhaps we had no choice. All we could do was make a pact to become kings. "When the first light of dawn shines over the mountains of the heavenly realm, when the canaries begin to sing, the sandalwood zither is sealed away, the glazed wings fold shut, and the white spirit serpent vanishes without a trace, we will have disappeared from this world."

We, the Nine Sons of the Dragon, were born into the mortal world when the stars shifted and the demon star fell. Though we came from different places and started from different points, we still met and came to know one another, living out an extraordinary tale of love and hate, grudges and entanglements.

Our mission is complete. The Nine Dragon Messengers are calling us back. We never belonged in this world, and we should not grow too attached to it.

There is so much I want to forget, but cannot.

Like you, beautiful as the Feathered Serpent God."
