Journey to the West: From the Start, I Wield a Cleaver and Hack Through the Three Realms

When Li Huai woke up, he discovered that he was in the era of the Journey to the West, and that he had become Bodhi Daoist, mentor to the Great Sage Equal to Heaven. He also learned that his disciple had been bullied by the Buddhist big shot Tathagata. Furious, he grabbed a kitchen knife and stormed out, ready to chop down the Buddhist sect first and the Underworld next. What are the gods and Buddhas of Heaven and Earth to me? They're no match for my kitchen knife!
