Journey to the West: A Palace Guard from the Start, Laying Low Until I Become the Strongest

The protagonist, Jiao Shisan, was climbing over a wall to pick a forbidden fruit when a golden light crashed into him. When he woke up, he discovered he had transmigrated into a Heavenly Soldier!

That's right! He was a lowly guard protecting the gates of Lingxiao Palace in the Heavenly Court, in the world of Journey to the West!

In a world filled with gods and Buddhas flying through the skies and demons and monsters roaming everywhere, what could a tiny palace guard possibly do?

One wrong move, and he'd be reduced to ashes!

Fortunately, Young Master Shisan had two Grotto-Heaven talismans to protect him. First, the Monkey took a liking to him and passed on the secret art of the Thirty-Six Heavenly Transformations. Then he used a spell in the Peach Garden to recruit seven female immortals. But even that wasn't enough!

With no other choice, he could only keep lying low. He lay low and lay low, until before he knew it, he had become a mighty figure who could move the pieces on the board of Heaven and Earth with a flick of his hand...
