Back a Thousand Years to Build a Pokemon League

Xia Chen transmigrates to the world of Pokemon. Just as he is about to reach the pinnacle of this world, he takes a nap. When he wakes up again, he is shocked to discover that he has transmigrated once more.

He has gone straight back to the Spirit World, a thousand years in the past, before the Pokémon League was founded.

This is a savage age, rife with slaughter. Spirits and humans struggle against each other, writing legends into history.

Humans call spirits magical beasts, and the trainers who command them are known as beast tamers.

People treat the little spirits as creatures to be controlled and enslaved, tools of war sent to fight enemies on the battlefield.

The knowledge about little spirits and breeding that people in later generations can learn at school is a closely guarded secret among the great nobles and kings of this era.

Having witnessed all this, Xia Chen decides to change the world, starting by establishing the Pokémon League.
