I’m an Admiral Candidate, and I’m Rebuilding the Navy with Zephyr

In the year 1520 of the Sea Circle calendar, Aokiji loses the contest for Fleet Admiral and leaves the Navy. Admiral candidate Ito Makoto takes over, becoming the youngest admiral in Navy history.

A few days later, on the eve of the new Seven Warlords selection, the current Navy admiral defects along with Zephyr, establishes the Neo Marines, and sets out to build a new World Government.

On top of that, he awakens the Hero Summoning System.

Kizaru: "Have you ever seen the power of light speed?"

Jin Chan: "Take this, my Tightening Spell! All flash, no substance."

Sengoku: "The Navy has a hundred thousand elite soldiers."

Meng Tian: "All troops, form ranks!"

Whitebeard: "Why fear a mere Neo Navy? Where is my son, Fengxian?"

Lu Bu: "Fear not, foster father."

Hancock: "I am the empress of this world."

Wu Zetian: "Hmph! Whoever dares threaten my Tang Empire, no matter how far away, will be destroyed."

"Imu, to be frank, my lackeys include the Navy Headquarters, the Emperors of the Sea, the rulers of the underworld, and even CP0 of the World Government."

At the great battle of Mariejois, Ito Makoto said this as he stood with Imu beneath his feet.
