I Was Secretly Researching Lightning Weapons, but the Police Exposed Me

Lu Yuan transmigrates to a parallel world and activates the Weapon Expert System.

Using the System, he designs a lightning-powered mosquito repeller that can fire bolts of lightning and automatically track targets.

One day, a chicken shows up at his door.

It's the rooster that went missing from Fat Auntie's house next door.

Unaware that Fat Auntie has already called the police, Lu Ping kills the rooster.

Meanwhile, policewoman Xu Qiuxue receives Fat Auntie's report and follows the clues to search for the rooster.

She ends up at Lu Ping's home, mistakenly arrests him, and takes him to the police station, where he faces a sentence of at least ten years.

But who could have known that his lightning mosquito repeller would be sent to the Northern Weapons Research Institute?

After studying it, the expert professors and academicians are stunned, hailing it as a work of genius:

"Who came up with such an incredible weapon design? I can't even understand it!"

As the experts and professors scratch their heads in frustration, someone says:

"It was designed by a man named Lu Ping. He's been arrested and taken to the police station!"

The senior academician flies into a rage: "How dare they! A talent this outstanding..."
