I Deserted to Suppress the Gu, and the Grand Formation Can't Be Completed Without Me!

Bored with the monotonous life in Miaojiang, Lin Gu moves to the city and becomes a special forces soldier!

Six months later, on the eve of a mission, Lin Gu receives a text from the village chief!

"Lin boy, the Corpse Worm inside the Green Zombie has been acting up lately. Get back to the village right away and help us form the Sealing Gu Formation to ** the Gu worms!"

With no other choice, Lin Gu hands his instructor a leave request:

"Dear Instructor, the Gu worms back home are acting up. I need to take half a month off to return to the village and suppress them. The formation can't be completed without me!"

The instructor is stunned after reading it and immediately rejects his request!

But Lin Gu has to get back to the village, so he sneaks out of camp in the middle of the night.

By the time the instructor finds out, Lin Gu is already on a train back to western Hunan.

Back at camp, the instructor grips his leave request and roars, "He's deserting!"
