Great Ming: Old Zhu, I'm Really Not Your Grandson

Zhu Xiongying transmigrates to a small village near Yingtian in the Ming Dynasty, where he becomes the village's only landlord.

All he wants is to farm a little, tend his flowers, and live out his days in peace and happiness.

Then one day, an old man surnamed Zhu walks into his home and insists that Zhu Xiongying is his grandson.

"Xiongying, you say you came here before the fifteenth year of Hongwu. Where were you before that?"

"Old Zhu, I can't tell you. You wouldn't believe me even if I did."

"Is that place much bigger than here?"

"Yes, it's much bigger. The buildings are so tall you can't even see their roofs, and cars race along without needing horses."

"Ha ha! And you still say you aren't my grandson? Where else but my imperial palace could buildings be built that tall? And where else do sedan chair bearers run as fast as horses?"

"I'm talking about skyscrapers and cars. I think we're on completely different wavelengths..."
