I Awakened the Golden Wheel of Merit from the Start and Took on the Underworld Judge

Lin Feng transmigrates to a strange world and becomes a doctor with superb medical skills.

This world is connected to the underworld, where Black and White Impermanence are always out claiming souls to meet their KPIs.

What?

A cold can kill someone?

You'd claim someone's soul just because their stomach hurts?

Using his medical skills, Lin Feng wages a fierce battle against Black and White Impermanence.

Black Impermanence: "Big bro, you've got to let me take this patient with end-stage lung cancer, right?"

White Impermanence: "Sir, there's really no saving this patient with end-stage liver cancer and complications."

The underworld's KPIs plummet, catching the attention of the Ten Courts of Hell.

The Ten Kings of Hell meet and warn Lin Feng that defying Heaven to preserve lives will cost him thirty years of merit.

Lin Feng: "Thirty years of merit? There's a deal like that?"

Behind Lin Feng, a golden wheel of merit appears, almost tangible.

With a crack, the wheel shatters into a river of stars.
