The Whole City Is Hunting Me, So I Turn Around and Take the Whole City Hostage

After transmigrating, Chen Ran discovers that he is a support officer at police headquarters.

At the same time, the annual citywide manhunt game, in which police officers chase fugitives, is about to begin, and Chen Ran is picked at random.

"You're a murderer. You killed two officers while insane and escaped," the police chief says, splashing a bowl of pig's blood over Chen Ran. "Now get moving! You're wanted. In past years, people lasted half a day at most. Let's see how long you can hold out. The longer you last, the bigger the reward!"

While Chen Ran stands there, completely baffled, the manhunt has already begun. What is he waiting for? Run!

At the same time, Chen Ran binds himself to a Kidnapping System.

The more people he kidnaps, and the more important they are, the greater his rewards.

A celebrity? Huge fanbase, huh? Kidnapped. Let the fans come rescue them!

A police chief? Think you're impressive? You're kidnapped too!

The whole city is in an uproar.

What the hell? Why are there fewer and fewer people around? Why is this year different from the others? Have those who vanished been kidnapped or killed?

Chen Ran livestreams from the street: "Heh heh, come catch me!"

What the hell? Are we supposed to catch you, or are you catching us?
