Great Song: With the Jin Army Invading the South, Father Begs Me to Take the Throne

After transmigrating to the late Northern Song Dynasty, Zhao Shu never expected to become the fifth son of Emperor Huizong of Song: Prince Su, Zhao Shu.

The Jin forces are marching south. Two hundred thousand Jin cavalry have surrounded Bianjing, with their troops at the city gates and their eyes fixed hungrily on the city!

The Great Song dynasty is on the verge of ruin! In response, Emperor Huizong of Song, Zhao Ji, declares: "I absolutely refuse to be the ruler who loses his country!"

Zhao Ji: "Huan, as the Crown Prince, I entrust the fate of the Great Song to you!"

Zhao Huan: "Your son is incapable. I am willing to yield the throne to Fifth Brother!"

Zhao Shu: "You want to dump the humiliation of the Jingkang Incident on me? Get lost!"

Zhao Ji: "Shu'er, your Imperial Father begs you to ascend the throne!"

Zhao Huan: "Fifth Brother, your Imperial Elder Brother begs you to ascend the throne!"

Zhao Shu activates the System, and through a twist of fate, ends up becoming emperor anyway.

Years later, Zhao Shu crushes the Jin, destroys Western Xia, and unifies the realm!

Then Zhao Ji and Zhao Huan show up.

Zhao Ji: "Shu'er, your Imperial Father begs you to abdicate!"

Zhao Huan: "Fifth Brother, your Imperial Elder Brother begs you to abdicate!"

Zhao Shu: "Guards, drag those two traitors, Wanyan Ji and Wanyan Huan, away and execute them!"
