You Asked Me to Manage the Research Institute, So What Is This Mecha?

Scene One:

A bullet is fired.

It leaves a trail of flame over a hundred meters long! On impact, it erupts in a deafening flash of fire!

The leader is dumbfounded. "You call this thing a pistol bullet?"

Jiang Feng replies awkwardly, "It was fired from a pistol, so isn't it a bullet?"

Scene Two:

A multinational joint military exercise.

One towering, several-dozen-meter-tall nuclear-powered mecha after another strides out of the Chinese formation.

The troops from every country are stunned.

The United States: "What's the point of training now? We might as well just watch you put on a show!"

South Korea: "Actually, research shows that Academician Jiang Feng has Korean ancestry. We have the family records to prove it!"

Scene Three:

The old director, who had been away working on a classified project, finally returns.

The moment he gets back to the institute, he freezes.

Is this still my old, run-down Institute 158...?

"Where's Jiang Feng? I left you in charge of the research institute, so what is this mecha factory?"

"The base has been expanded a hundredfold?"
