Honor of Kings: You Picked the Champion Skin for Me, and I Actually Won?

"If you were the FMVP, which hero would you choose for your championship skin?"

An official Weibo post invited Honor of Kings players to join the discussion.

Lin Ye: "I'd pick Li Bai!"

"A scrub like Li Shifu thinks he deserves it?"

"Li Bai? Who do you think you are, the FMVP?!"

"And what the hell is QG.Luanye? More like QG.Luanxie!"

Lin Ye was immediately subjected to merciless ridicule.

It was the 2021 Spring Split playoffs, in the losers' bracket semifinal.

QG had been reverse-swept by eStar after taking a 2-0 lead!

And because of his age, Xiao Pang was barred from playing under the Healthy Gaming policy.

Head coach Lin had no choice but to bring in the jungler from the second team.

"Get over here and take Xiao Pang's place in the match!"

Just as Lin Ye received the notice that he was to step in for Xiao Pang,

the Champion Jungler System activated!

When Lin Ye led QG to lift the Silver Dragon Cup and claim the FMVP title...

the whole internet went wild!
