The Five Elders' World Conference: The Divine Kingdoms of the Heavens Revealed

The World Conference, held once every four years, is underway. More than a hundred member nations are in attendance, and kings are making a scene.

The Kingdom of Dongfang Hong is a newly risen power, and many kings are sharpening their knives.

Doflamingo: "King Ryan, I hear business is booming in your country. How about letting Dressrosa help you keep the peace?"

"That doesn't seem like a good idea."

"I thought you'd agree, so I sent people over in advance. You don't blame me, do you? Fuffuffuffu..."

Marine Headquarters: "The Kingdom of Ryan produces a weapon called Zanpakuto. Akainu has landed there, possibly on orders from the World Government."

"What an unlucky country."

Big Mom: "I heard Akainu was nearly cut to death by a woman called Unohana Retsu?"

Kaido: "His maid, Thor, nearly hammered me to death."

Kizaru: "A student at their kingdom's school, a girl called Misaka, can fight me."

The Five Elders: "What kind of living hell is this kingdom!?"
