Ami, a doctor in the mid-20th century, grew up in a welfare institution. Although she was withdrawn but talented, she became an attending physician in her thirties. Due to overwork, she fell into a coma after rushing to a major operation for which she was attending. When she woke up, she found that she was in another world, in which she was no longer alone.
