Great Tang: Grandfather, I Want to Report My Father for Treason

After transmigrating to the Tang dynasty, he becomes Li Chengqian, eldest son of Li Shimin.

The Xuanwu Gate Incident is just one day away.

Once his father Li Shimin succeeds in his coup tomorrow, he'll be Crown Prince!

His father is staging a coup, and his son is on edge. He paces anxiously around his room.

"Wait, aren't I a short-lived Crown Prince who's not even well liked?" Li Chengqian touches his still-healthy right leg, comes to his senses, and nearly bursts into tears.

"No, I don't want to be Crown Prince. I want to be Emperor."

"Grandfather, I want to report Father for treason."

In the Taiji Palace, eight-year-old Li Chengqian speaks in a childish voice, yet with righteous conviction.
