Honghuang: I Leave the Jie Sect, and Sect Master Tongtian Comes Knocking

After transmigrating to the Primordial World, just as the Calamity of Investiture of the Gods was about to begin, Zhang Taichu, a Jie Sect Disciple, realized that his good days were numbered.

After careful consideration, he left the Jie Sect and, by a stroke of luck, activated the Daoist Canon System.

Sect Master Tongtian came after him to kill him: "Taichu, why did you leave the Jie Sect?"

Zhang Taichu sighed: "Why I left? Surely the Sect Master knows. Either way, I'm going to die, so I might as well die by your sword!"

Sect Master Tongtian was stunned: "You actually know about that?!"

Zhang Taichu: "Since things have come to this, I won't pretend anymore! I can tell you plainly: the Jie Sect has no future. We need to start anew. When the time comes, we'll beat them until they flee in disgrace. But I need the Sect Master's help. This can't be done without you..."

Sect Master Tongtian: "...What did I come here for? How did I get talked into joining the Daoist Sect?"

Primordial Heavenly Lord: "Where are the ten thousand immortals of the Jie Sect? Damn, it's become an empty shell! That escape-by-shedding-one's-shell trick was ruthless. Tongtian, we're enemies from now on!"

Primordial Heavenly Lord: "Joining the Daoist Sect is great! Boss, stop being so difficult. Come on, let's team up and take down Hongjun..."
