Great Tang: I’m Building a Financial Conglomerate

Xu Mingxiu transmigrates to the Tang Dynasty and becomes a distinguished senior civil servant of the empire. Before he can enjoy the good life with beautiful wives and concubines, he's assigned to the dreaded Office of Public Service after beating up a minister's son in the street. There, he becomes a money-collecting clerk...

Fine. To avoid disgracing his fellow transmigrators, Xu Mingxiu resolves to make a comeback! By doing what the upright officials consider currying favor with the emperor's worst impulses, and by using financial techniques that turn stones into gold, he becomes a pillar of state in Li Shimin's eyes.

He pacifies the Western Regions and destroys Goguryeo. He serves as both general and chancellor, governing the land and serving its people. He is Xu Mingxiu, the empire's first president of the Royal Bank!
