A Thousand-Year Scheme in Journey to the West: The Monkey King Finally Wreaks Havoc in Heaven

After transmigrating to the Journey to the West world a thousand years before its events, Hong Yun discovers that he has become the future Great Sage of the Yaozu, the Bull Demon King.

To keep his future from ending in tragedy, he resolves to strive forward and devise a plan to bring every god and Buddha in the heavens crashing down.

One day…

The Bull Demon King looks at the little monkey who has just leaped out of a rock, smiling as he tells him the story of another monkey.

"You may never have heard his story!"

"Some say he helped Tang Sanzang obtain the scriptures and was named the Victorious Fighting Buddha… and stayed at Spirit Mountain from then on."

"Others say…"

"The Sun Wukong who became a Buddha wasn't him at all!"

"The real him… died on the journey west long ago."

"And some say…"

"The Journey to the West… never happened at all."

"He was just a monkey… made up by a storyteller!"

"Heh…"

"But the story I'm about to tell is one you little monkey have definitely never heard…"
