We Were Supposed to Be Acting, So What's with This Tribulation?

Jiang Feng travels to Mount Tai in a Taoist robe and happens upon a temple fair with no one to host it, so he lends a hand.

Unexpectedly, spiritual qi revival begins, loosening the seal inside him and drawing down a heavenly tribulation!

Jiang Feng has no choice but to undergo the tribulation in front of hundreds of thousands of livestream viewers!

A baptism by a hundred thousand bolts of heavenly lightning!

He cuts them down with a single sword!

Just after finishing the tribulation, Jiang Feng sees an evil dragon escape from its seal and smiles faintly.

"Nine Heavens' Dark Thunder, transform into divine lightning."

"The majesty of heaven, channeled by my sword!"

Then he destroys it with an ultimate thunder art!

Afterward, Jiang Feng explains:

"Everyone, you need to believe in science!"

"You passed on the Supreme Way of Forgetting Emotions and gained one thousand merit points."

"You passed on the Supreme Golden Body Art and gained one thousand merit points."

"Your disciple successfully survived the tribulation and gained three thousand merit points."

Decades later, spiritual qi overflows and the gates of the Nine Netherworlds open once more. Countless evil ghosts pour out...

They see millions of cultivators standing at the entrance.
