A Sword Immortal of the Human Sect: I Grow Stronger by Slaying Demons

Ling Yun unexpectedly returns to the primordial world, becomes Laozi's disciple, and is accepted as the foremost disciple of the Human Sect.

He awakens a System that makes him stronger whenever he slays demons and monsters.

He rides the wind on his sword, vanquishing demons throughout the land.

From that day on, the Human Sect has a sword immortal, and the countless living beings have a guardian deity.

Under Ling Yun's **, the disciples of the Three Sects become as close as family.

During the Witch-Demon Tribulation and the great calamity of humanity, Ling Yun leads disciples from all Three Sects to protect humankind.

During the Investiture of the Gods calamity, he establishes the Mount Shu tradition, slays the traitors of the Jie Sect, sends a dragon's cry across Donglu, and protects the Human Emperor's throne.

During the Journey to the West, Guanyin asks the Tathagata, "Buddha, all the demons that caused trouble along the pilgrimage route were cut down by the Mount Shu Sword Sect and reduced to ashes. What should we do about this?"

The Tathagata is utterly speechless. He can't even defeat the sword immortal Ling Yun, so what can he do?

Meanwhile, in the primordial chaos, the Buddha Mother Zhunti is in a sorry state, shouting, "Nephew, spare me! This poor monk understands now, truly understands!!"
