I Inherited the Demon Lord's Legacy, So Why Am I a Villain Who Has to Defy Heaven?

Luo Yan accidentally transmigrated to a fantasy world and activated the Heaven-Defying Demon Lord System, gaining a demonic inheritance. As long as he defies fate and changes destiny, he can earn rewards.

There are three thousand worlds, divided into nine heavens, and the Heavenly Dao of all the worlds gathers in the Origin Realm.

Disciples from the great powers of the Origin Realm descend into the myriad worlds on missions to seek opportunities and cultivate.

Only when he descended to a lower world for the first time did he realize that the System's idea of defying fate meant changing the destiny of those favored by fortune, and even altering the course of the Heavenly Dao.

As it happened, a favored son of fortune, recently jilted by his fiancee, arrived to fulfill his three-year pact, with a ring on each hand and a strange flame in his right hand.

And the girl who had broken off the engagement was none other than his junior sister, rumored to be in love with him.

Cast in the role of a villainous side character, Luo Yan was about to be killed off according to the script. He was dumbfounded.

I only inherited a Demon Lord's legacy. System, you're telling me to take on the Heavenly Dao?

Looks like he'll never be able to shake off his role as the great demonic villain of the myriad worlds...
