In the Navy: Fighting Violence with Violence

A young man who had just turned eighteen was a rising star in the Navy. One bloody night, he entered one of the most dangerous death-row prisons in the pirate world.

The world was in chaos, and pirates ran rampant. Before Impel Down appeared, the world's nine death-row prisons struck terror into countless pirates, yet their numbers kept growing. The Five Elders' plan to fight violence with violence was put into action.

After breaking out of prison, the pirate crew led by Lu Jie fought their way forward, leaving bloodshed in their wake as their ranks snowballed ever larger!

But pirates were endless!

They could never all be killed, and there was no end to those who could be recruited!

Lu Jie, a name that should have been inscribed in the Poneglyphs, carried a secret Navy order as he tore this sea apart!
