Myriad Worlds: Jiang Ziya Becomes a Saint

Ever since the Battle of the Investiture of the Gods, Heaven, Earth, and the Human Realm have been clearly divided, each operating in good order.

Jiang Ziya attained sainthood, Sun Wukong attained sainthood, Ji Dian attained sainthood...

The four sages who ruled the heavens, the Demon Sage Green Snake, the Buddha Bodhi Seed, the Heavenly Emperor Hao Yun, and the Dao Ancestor Lingyang Zi, were all thrown into a panic.

Then, before they could deal with the three newly ascended sages, a great calamity struck Heaven and Earth.

The Demon Sage Green Snake, the Buddha Bodhi Seed, the Heavenly Emperor Hao Yun, and the Dao Ancestor Lingyang Zi all fled for their lives to the Outer Heavens to seek refuge.

Jiang Ziya, Sun Wukong, and Ji Dian defended the Three Realms and perished alongside the gods and Buddhas of the heavens.

Tens of thousands of years later, Jiang Ziya was the first to awaken. The Three Realms were no longer what they had once been.
