Rejecting the System: Still the King of the Skies

The central waters of Blue Star.

"Tower! Tower! This is 9106. There's a strange noise coming from my left wing. Requesting an emergency landing."

"Requesting an emergency landing!"

"Repeat! There's a strange noise coming from 9106's left wing."

The incessant noise and the loss of radar forced Qi Mingyuan to climb to an altitude of 8,000 meters.

Then something incredible happened.

"Young man, congratulations! You're a lucky one. You've been chosen by the System!"

"Just follow the System, and from now on you'll be capable of anything. You'll soar to the top."

What did you say? You refuse?

The System's messenger received an answer unlike any it had ever heard before.

Young man, won't you reconsider?

You'll get the latest fighter jet...

A sci-fi mechanical battle suit...

You could become a king someday...

We could even discuss you ruling the world...

There's no deal?

You're really not giving me a chance here, huh???

What? You choose to crash? You actually choose to die?

What a line: "My fate is mine to control, not Heaven's"...
