The Way of the Literary Dao: I Never Wanted to Be a Leader

The Way of Letters has fallen into decline, while a new path is on the rise.

A new chapter begins in the golden age of humanity.

Su Xia transmigrates to a small city in Qingzhou and begins to stir the currents of history.

"The Dao follows nature; knowledge and action are one..."

Confucian, Legalist, and Daoist cultivators of the Way of Letters declare, "An extraordinary talent, a child of the Great Dao! Su Xia is the hope of our revival, a leader destined to be!"

The new-path cultivators scoff, "A relic of the past, doomed to be swept away by the currents of history. How pitiful."

"Equivalent exchange, conservation of energy..."

The new-path cultivators gaze at him with fervor, ready to risk everything. "This points straight to the source of the Great Dao! The path to heaven is within reach! Su Xia is a treasure Heaven has bestowed upon our new path. He will lead humanity to rise beneath these stars!"

"Damn it, Su Xia is a genius of our Way of Letters. Anyone who covets him will be killed without exception!"

Watching the cultivators of these two different paths fight, Su Xia is left a little bewildered.

"Stop fighting, please! I never wanted to be anyone's leader..."
