You Need a Passport to Go Abroad? You Never Said That When You Went

Su Zhe rummaged for his passport at the South Korean customs checkpoint.

A South Korean customs officer asked impatiently, "Have you been to Seoul before?"

Su Zhe: "Once."

Officer: "If you've been here before, why didn't you get your passport ready?"

Su Zhe: "Last time I came, nobody checked my passport."

Officer: "Impossible! When was that?"

Su Zhe: "When I came here, this place was still called Hancheng!"

No South Korean dared check my passport!
