King of the Navy

Before he was executed, Gol D. Roger, the "Pirate King," said something that sent people from all over the world rushing to sea. He was a man whose wealth, fame, and power had been won through countless acts of plunder and rivalry, and who had ransacked nearly every corner of the world. "You want my treasure? If you do, go find it out at sea. I left it all there." The world was forced to face the dawn of the dark "Great Pirate Era."

In search of the great treasure known as the "One Piece," left behind by the legendary Pirate King Roger, countless pirates raised their flags and fought one another. Among them were many ruthless villains who burned, looted, and murdered wherever they went!

As an organization directly under the World Government, the Navy Headquarters maintains order across the world's oceans in the name of absolute justice. Yet behind this seemingly absolute justice, something also seems to be hidden. Is this the reason the Revolutionary Army exists? Why does the World Government let the Celestial Dragons run rampant, while doing everything it can to stop people from investigating the "Void Century"? What is true justice, after all?
