I'm in the Hokage World, but My Ninjutsu Keeps Evolving the Wrong Way

Li Yun unexpectedly transmigrated to the world of Hokage.

He became an obscure member of the Hyuga Clan.

With the Ninja World War fast approaching, his ninjutsu developed a serious problem.

"Why the heck does my Susanoo keep evolving into a Heavenly Dharma Form?"

"Why the heck does my Fire Release keep evolving into the Fire Cloud Palm?"

"Why the heck does my basic boxing keep evolving into the Iron Mountain Lean?"

"Why the heck does my Byakugan keep evolving into Double Pupils?"

Why? What the heck is going on?

After a year of studying ninjutsu, Li Yun still couldn't use a single technique. He was completely losing it.
