Exposing the Underworld: Taking Stock of the Thirteen Stops in the Netherworld from the Start

Mo Fan is about to upload an edited video when he comes across a website called Strange.

Tempted by the huge payout, Mo Fan resolutely signs up.

The site is bizarre: it only accepts legends about ghosts and spirits that are at least a thousand years old.

Meanwhile, Chinese culture on Blue Star has clearly suffered a break in its transmission.

People know only about the island nation's Night Parade of a Hundred Demons, not China's Record of a Hundred Ghosts.

People know only about the demons in the Western underworld, not that China has an underworld of its own, ruled by the Great Emperor of Fengdu, the Five Ghost Emperors, and the Ten Kings of Hell...

Mo Fan immediately posts a rundown of the Thirteen Stations of the Underworld, first exposing the route used to guide the dead into the underworld, then taking things step by step.

The Center for Chinese Cultural Research: "Find the video creator immediately!"

Ox-Head and Horse-Face: "Oh no! Our route for guiding souls into the underworld has been exposed. The odds of souls being snatched along the Yellow Springs Road have just gone up again!"

The Four Great Judges make a calculation: "Well, would you look at that! That brat has escaped to a parallel plane!"

The Ten Kings of Hell: "What? Blue Star doesn't have an underworld?"

The Five Ghost Emperors: "Hurry up and establish one!"
