Runeterra: The Tale of Riven

Riven made a vow: "In the name of exile, I sever my ties with Noxus and seek the true spirit of Noxus."

Elder Souma, a master of the legendary wind technique, was killed by that very art. All signs pointed to his sole direct disciple, Yasuo. Accused of murdering his master, Yasuo drew his sword and fled in search of the true culprit. The two deep, bone-revealing scars across his nose had been left by his brother, Yone. In the instant between life and death, Yasuo grasped the true meaning of the wind technique. He no longer needed to spend time focusing his mind to enter a state known as "suspended animation". He could unleash Last Breath in an instant, attaining the realm his master had dreamed of reaching.

"I will not die in disgrace. I will find the culprit in the end," Yasuo silently told himself. Tormented by thoughts of revenge, Yasuo's resolve was like a steel cable strung across a ten-thousand-foot cliff, growing ever more steadfast beneath the ravages of wind and snow. He was no longer the impulsive and reckless man he had once been. By chance, Yasuo met someone else who also knew the wind technique...
