Water Margin: I Steal the Birthday Gifts from the Start

Wang Yun transmigrates to the world of Water Margin and is shocked to discover that he's escorting the Imperial Birthday Gifts?!

The infamous Yellow Clay Ridge lies just ahead!

He awakens the Strongest Imperial Court System. If he recruits talented people of the Song Dynasty as his followers, he can play the role of historical civil and military officials.

From the start, he plays Yang Ye, the Golden Saber, steals the Imperial Birthday Gifts from Chao Gai, and heads straight for Liangshan.

After the power struggle that kills Wang Lun, Wang Yun forces his way into control of Liangshan. He does good deeds, reforms the laws, reclaims wasteland, and establishes academies.

By the time the Song Dynasty comes to its senses, Liangshan has grown too powerful to control. But how can anyone sleep peacefully with a rival right at their bedside?

The imperial army arrives. Gazing at the towering Liangshan, everyone is dumbfounded.

Is this damn place really a bandits' lair?

The Song army collapses at the first clash, beset by troubles at home and abroad. Meanwhile, Liangshan rallies support from all sides and sweeps across the realm. There are no more surrender factions on Liangshan, and the likes of Song Jiang are driven away.

"Brother, you should be the one to take the throne!"

Lin Chong holds Gao Qiu's head in one hand and points at the Dragon Emperor.

Wang Yun sits high upon the dragon throne, his gaze drifting into the distance. The Jin Dynasty's Wuzhu, the Western Roman Empire... I want it all!
