Empire: You Were Told to Join the Holy Court, but You Started Building Infrastructure

From the start, I transmigrated into the body of Arthur, a prince on the run.

You expect me to travel thousands of miles to seek refuge with the Holy Court and serve that old Light Pope???

No! I'll become the Pirate King... Ahem, I mean, build up the infrastructure!

You frail mages, take a look at my snipers!

What??? You say that won't work?

Where's my damn artillery!!!

The Tiger Shark Clan refuses to pay tribute? Arthur leads over a thousand submarines to call on them in person.

The Holy Knights of Light are the best land fighters? That's because you've never seen my army of tanks!!!
